Very easy to get to after a delayed flight and with a very tired teenager. Front desk staff were friendly and quick getting us checked in. The room with runway view was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance from Stansted airport is a big plus, and also has a limited menu 24/7 which is essential for an airport hotel. Two benefits not available at the nearby Premier Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Also there are two buffet areas in breakfast so I imagine it copes much better than some other hotels at busy times.
