Easily one of the largest rooms we've ever stayed in across Japan at this price point. Perfectly located in the heart of everything you need to walk to in downtown Sapporo. Awesome buffet breakfast, comfortable shared spaces, and aesthetic public baths. Staff was exceptional. On-site parking at a reasonable fee was also a plus.

One of the best Family Rooms hotel.

Location is everything! In the heart of Sapporo between Odori and Susukino, easy access to food, shops and transportation. Room was clean and spacious. Family room comes with kitchenette - stove, microwave, medium fridge with proper freezer, washing machine and pod coffee machine with coffee and tea pods! Free microwave popcorn for family room too! Beds are comfy, furniture is new. Onsen is not very large for the number of guests using it at peak time. We used it off-peak in the evening between 630pm - 715pm - post dinner crowd started at 7pm!! In the morning when it opens at 6am, IT IS CROWDED. Free popsicle/ice cream post onsen.

Great location and comfortable room with a view of the Ferris wheel and shopping street. The breakfast had a large variety but felt it was not catered to Australian breakfast options however can not complain as there was something for everyone even it it was more like lunchtime food. Onsen was very clean and free for hotel guest. Would stay again if in Sapporo.

my room has hair in the bed sheet and the bathroom also have some long hair near the sink. The onsen is not very clean and the floor looks dirty. I stay in this hotel since they opened and I love to stay there everytime. However, i may find a better one next time as the hotel cleaning and tidiness are not as good as before. The front desk is not very helpful.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this hotel. The room and bathroom are decent size. The breakfast was great. Location is great. The housekeeping and staff were great. However the issue is the laundry amenities. Only 2 laundry machines which is not enough and not reliable machines for this high volume hotel. Many tourist bus from China came to this hotel. They should have at least 6 reliable laundry machines for this size of hotel. If we can turn back time we would choose a different hotel.
