This is a lovely, family run hotel that is perfect for a stop over. They picked us up at the airport within fifteen minutes of our call. They were very helpful in getting our luggage to our room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is close to the airport and for one night it was great. The room was great. Clean and of good size with a fridge and kettle. Beds were comfortable. We didn't really explore the area around the hotel as we were only there one night. Great Pho restaurant around the corner.

Worth a longer stay
A great little hotel that was perfect for transit travellers. Very friendly and accommodating particularly when our flight was delayed and it meant a very late night pickup. Big room and super comforty bed and good breakfast. Could have stayed longer. If relying pickup service, I would suggest communicating with them by phone as they don't seem to be in top of replying to messages.

This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night.

Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!

女一人で宿泊しました。 深夜にノイバイ空港につき、翌日昼にダナンへ行く為空港に近いホテルで検索し、金額と口コミでこちらに決めました。 部屋は写真通りでした。 気になった点は、備え付けのドライヤーが数十秒で切れてしまい、数分後に試すとつくがまた切れてしまう、という感じだったので髪は濡れたまま寝ることにしました。でも気温が高いので大きな問題ではなかったです。 あとは幹線道路と空港に近い為、ほとんど夜通し車や飛行機の行き交う音やサイレンやクラクションが鳴っていた為、あまり寝られませんでした。 音に敏感な方にはおすすめしません。 ただ、スタッフの方はあっさりしてますが感じがよく、朝食で選んだフォーとオレンジジュースは美味しくて量も多かったです。 あとチェックアウト時に自分でGrabを既に呼んでいたのですが、スタッフの方が空港まで乗せていこうか？と申し出てくれたので、事前に確認していれば良かったと思いました。 音に敏感でない方でしたら、空港から近いしおすすめです。
