The property was dirty, run down, water stains and mold, blinds in the bathroom let you look in from outside, and they even gave a key to my room to another guest who walked in while I was in bed.

I’ve truly never heard an air conditioner as loud. I’m not exaggerating when I say we had to yell at each other over it. It kept me up all night. Anything else - I wouldn’t have cared. A last minute cheap room is just that. But at 2, 3, and 4 am when I couldn’t sleep over the noise, all I could think about was the money I spent, and how I just should’ve driven home.

The hotel completely misrepresented what the rooms look like. The pictures on the website of the rooms or nothing like the actual rooms. They were significantly outdated, much smaller, and the furniture, decorations, and bathrooms or nothing like they appeared on the website photos.

The room smelled very weird. There were odd stains on the pillows. The towels smelled like mildew. Crumbs on the floor everywhere. Dirty on the side of the sink with old shampoo bottles. The staff were okay. They didn’t ask us how the stay was or if we needed anything. Some outlets in the room were not functioning. Would not stay again.
