Good place to stay in Copacabana

It was overall very good, some stuff very good such as the Guy and young lady very helpful and friendly They should improve mattress quality hard as a rock that we have back ache, needs a little of care before customers come to run the air conditioner so doesn't blow dust (Iam allergictodust), that elevator for 2 so anointing but workable I will say despite everything it is a good place becaude of location, safe area, great breakfast filling and the people runs it

Basic hotel, Very nice staff, excellent breakfasts, busy area, walkable to Copacabana/Leme beach. Did not feel unsafe, and in fact Rio is safer than most Americans believe unless you go into the hillside neighborhoods or certain sections near the Microcenter.

O custo beneficio é interessante, bem proximo a praia e de restaurantes e bares. O pessoal da recepção é bem simpatico e prestativo. Cafe da manha simples, mas bem saboroso. Um ponto a melhorar é o ar condicionado, nao estava funcionando direito, apenas ventilando. Sorte nossa que estava chovendo no dia de nossa estadia, pq se tivesse fazendo muito calor, seria insuportável.

Local simples, com bom atendimento, limpeza impecável, excelente localização, café da manhã possui o necessário sem exageros. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação sobre minha estadia, só a internet q não é das melhores, mas funciona bem. Tv a cabo, não há smat tv, o quarto q fiquei não era muito espaçoso, mas atendeu bem às necessidades. Tudo funcionou direitinho e eu super recomendo, peguei um bom custo benefício se comparado aos vslores absurdos cobrados na zona sul em hotéis velhos e caídos.

Hotel me surpreendeu de forma positiva.

Me surpreendeu de forma positiva, fiquei com minha família em um quarto para 4 pessoas, o quarto passou por uns reforma estava tudo novo, desde o piso, banheiro decoração, destaque para as camas com colchões novos e roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, os atendentes estremamente educados e solícitos, cheguei antes do check in, e guardaram as malas e me ligaram assim que o quarto estava disponível, recomendo o hotel diplomata e quando retornar ao Rio me hospedarem lá novamente.

O hotel possui boa localização, quarto com bom espaço e boa ducha. O que deixou a desejar foram a roupa de cama e toalhas, que estavam bem desgastadas. Outro ponto negativo é o ar-condicionado antigo que faz bastante barulho. O café da manhã é razoável, repetitivo ao longo dos dias e sem variedade. Por fim, merece elogio o senhor da recepção que foi muito simpático e solícito no check-in e check-out.
