I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was convenient with a mall next door with the metro underground and walking distance to the Bund. Service was friendly and attentive and hotel facilities were fantastic with a 24/7 gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa with massaging showers, and a onsen style spa with cold plunge and sauna free for guests to use. Couldn't fault this stay and will definitely be back when travelling to Shanghai in the future.

Great view, room was located on 38th floor overlooking the Shanghai skyline and river. Spacious and comfortable, wonderful staff especially Martin in the kitchen table offering recommendations of the area. Delicious food with a massive selection at the breakfast buffet. Wonderful spa facilities with separate male/female Wet rooms and amazing gym equipment

The rooms at this location are deluxe and comfortable. This hotel has one of the most comfortable mattresses of any hotel I have tried in Asia. The hotel is very modern and chic, clean, and has really cool vibes and the team is friendly. I would love to stay here again.
