Perfect for what I needed
I love this hotel because it is quite unusual with lots of artefacts and antiques to look at. It is not a luxury hotel it is a budget hotel. I found my stay very very comfortable and it’s the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area. I was able to get an Uber to the city centre for £6. Thank you for having me.

AVOID
The beds both had big dips in the mattress and were the most uncomfortable bed ever! Carpets diry, dust and hairs on the surfaces. Toilet very difficult to get to flush. Shower not power at all. I would not stay again and definitely not recommend to anyone

Not a brilliant stay
The room size was okay but it had mould on the curtains and bathroom tiles Lots of marks on the walls & doors. Hair on bathroom floor, stains on duvet cover and toilet seat. The only staff member we saw was on entering & ringing the bell for service.

I personally wouldn't recommend it.it was abit grotty.needs money spent on it to spruce it up. Waited 20mins for the kitchen for breakfast and nobody was even I'm there!!! so didn't get any breakfast. Definitely a 4 or 5 out of ten.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing they could not have done enough. The breakfast was amazing too …The only criticism i have us that the heating was not always on during the night which made it cold and the hotel could do with a refurb apart from that excellent stay and would definitely return

Ideal for the night
Not much to say, literally needed a place to sleep for the night. The room was warm and comfortable. Tea, coffe and hot chocolate facilities in the room. No street noise. Close to grocery stores to get bits. Only downside was the shower, it didn't have a high pressure. It was easy to get the perfect temperature though.
