Terrible beginning, but a great overall.
Our reservation was for a king studio handicapped room at the Home 2 Suites. When we got there, we were put in a hearing impared room so the bathroom was definitely not set up for someone in a wheelchair!
After a discussion with the manager, we were told they had overbooked and our room was one given away. The manager compensated us with a handicapped room in their partner Garden Inn along with complimentary breakfast each morning. Our room at the Garden Inn was wonderful! It was very clean, very roomy and very comfortable. I think we got a better room than what I booked! When I needed an extra blanket and coffee pods, they were very prompted getting it to us. The front desk people were friendly every time we went down in their area. Overall, it was a great experience! We would stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again.
