Eins muss ich hier bemĂ€ngeln. Es wird damit geworben, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist, ist hier nicht der Fall. Hier wird tĂ€glich 10€ verlangt. Ansonsten war alles super, der Strand mit den Hoteleigenen Liegen war 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Schlaflos in Sutomore, Party Zone in direkter Nachbarschaft. Vor 1Uhr war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Personal ĂŒberfordert, ich hatte den Eindruck das es Ferienjobber waren, sehr unmotiviert!

Vacation in Montenegro

Hotel located in the center of Sutomore, close to railway and bus station. Room was clean and basically equipped. Lack of shampoo in bathroom, only liquid soap in distributors on the wall. The breakfasts very poor, nothing sweet and after 9p.m. we had to ask waiters to get a plate, knife and fork. If you wand to eat the breakfast in this hotel you must get up early. The receptionist offered us also dinner but after the first breakfast we choosed another restaurant, there are many cheap and really very good in nearby.

Personnel d'accueil et des chambres compĂ©tent, professionnel. Tentative de rĂ©pondre au mieux pour satisfaire (changement de chambre pour avoir 2 lits). Prix attrayants au service du cafĂ©-restaurant, bon service. Plaisir d'ĂȘtre au calme au bar de l'hĂŽtel comparativement au vacarme de la rue. Terrasse trĂšs plaisante. Piscine plutĂŽt petite au vu du nombre de clients. Les cĂŽtĂ©s nĂ©gatifs : au 4Ăšme Ă©tage : pas de WIFI dans la chambre; lieu pas discret pour recevoir un massage : lieu de passage d'autres membres du personnel et accessible aussi aux clients : pas de note : "ne pas dĂ©ranger, massage en cours" + le fait que nous avons demandĂ© 2 massages diffĂ©rents et qu'ils Ă©taient vraisemblablement identiques mais pourtant pas au mĂȘme prix!

Perfekt lÀge men det Àr allt!

Placeringen pÄ hotellet kunde knappt bli bÀttre. NÀra till stranden och dom hade en privat del av stranden med strandstolar och nÀra till olika restauranger och souvenirbutiker men tyvÀrr Àr de det enda positiva med Hotell Sato. Personalen som tog emot oss var otroligt nonchalant bÄde i receptionen och matsalen (inte alla men en i receptionen och vÀrdinnan i matsalen) Hotellrummet i sig var vÀl helt okej men Wi-Fi pÄ rummet var knappt existerande. Fick stÀlla oss vid dörren och logga in men nÀr man kommit bort till sÀngen sÄ hade man blivit utloggad och man hittade inte deras Wi-Fi frÄn sÀngen utan man var tvungen att gÄ bort till dörren varje gÄng man blev utloggad vilket var varannan minut. Verkligen under all kritik och personalen verkade inte bry sig. BÄde frukosten och middags buffén var vidrig. Verkligen ingen jag rekommenderar. Sen var utcheckningen en katastrof. Paret framför dÀr hade hotellet placerat deras legimation fel sÄ pÄ över 20 minuter hittade dom inte de. Otroligt otrygg kÀnsla som gÀst. Samma personal som vid incheckningen och hon var lika nonchalant som innan. Men som sagt, placeringen Àr perfekt! SÄ gÄr ni bara efter det sÄ Àr Sato hotellet för er.

Everything was closed as it was out of season but even after I contacted staff before my visit no body mentioned this..no pool, spa or restaurant was open (only the buffet) the staff didn't really seem too clued up either local area was dirty with rubbish flowing onto the hotels "private beach which was actually just a public beach....definitely not 4star

Fijn verblijf in een rustige omgeving(einde seizoen,hoogseizoen voor ons denkelijk te druk) het hotel voldoet aan al onze verwachtingen qua ligging,netheid,de algemene staat van het hotel en het personeel.Ook aan de vraag om een kamer op de hogere verdiepingen te krijgen werd voldaan.Over het ontbijt hebben wij alleen positieve ervaringen ondervonden,zowel over het assortiment als over de netheid en de vriendelijkheid. Alles was aanwezig en er werd regelmatig aangevuld. Onze ervaring:hotel sato is zijn vier sterren meer dan waard!
