A. I booked my hotel room, which I paid for, to have a toilet as well as a shower room included. But after arriving at the reception, I was denied my rights by the staff as well as the manager.
B. Despite not having my room for which I paid for, I was proposed to move with two days to a room that should have the missing facilities above stated. I was a little bit happy. But on the second day when I asked for my move, I was once again denied and forced to remain in the same room.
C. The hotel facilities, such as the toilet, were always wet on the floor and on the toilet itself. No hand-washing facilities inside the toilet. I have to use a toilet tissue to dry the toilet, but not the floor. The floor was every time like a rained.
D. Customer services at the hotel's reception, on my arrival, there was one very arrogant, impolite, speaking with no manners. Disrespectful. He refused to write my title, Reverend, despite having in his hands my British Passport, which had my title printed on it.
E. Health and safety have no place. Despite having the hotel equipped with CCTV, during my stay, there were two luggage left unattended in the lift, which could have caused all the hotel residents to be evacuated. It would have been one of the highest alerts to bless our French Police with.
F. Staff are not competent, and the most on them is the manager and one receptionist. Please do not get motivated to go stay there. It is not safe.
