Expected better!
I was robbed by taxicab driver 1125, a service provided by the hotel, and it ruined my stay. Only water and no soft drinks are provided in the rooms. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. However, there was one receptionist who was always sullen and unprofessional.

Watch out for the charges for additional guests
There was a snafu related to how many guests would be staying. I thought I booked 2 people and we later added one additional but the reservation apparently was only for one so they charged $160 additional per person per night and that was a bit of sticker shock and made the stay less much of a good deal but that was not the resorts fault

Warwick was fantastic
Warwick was fantastic from top to bottom. Beautiful, comfortable, wonderful pools and calm small beach, very welcoming staff. And the food — oh, fantastic food morning, lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating to enjoy sunrise or sunset. Just a tremendous accommodations from top to bottom. If you want ultra-high end luxury, probably not quite what you want, but overall it was tremendous.

Great but…..
The hotel is an all inclusive. The amenities and entertainment were great. The drinks and food were great. The staff very nice and helpful great service. My issue is the rooms and the cleanliness. The rooms should be so much better. The bathroom tubs title needs a good cleaning. Furniture in room is outdated. Also they don’t like to give you towels. Other that if you don’t mind cleaning then I would definitely suggest this place, but don’t forget your Colorox wipes and Lysol spray.

Although I paid for 4 nights in advance they only showed my reservation for 3 nites and they said they would correct it but after 3 nights my room key stopped working but after a trip to the front desk they corrected that.very low water pressure in the sink and shower and although I got plenty of rest and the food was excellent,I won't be staying there again.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a cocktail. Check in was a slow process as there was a party of 10 ahead of us and it got quite overwhelming at the desk. We got our room and when we arrived we were very pleased,12 th floor with nice views. We made reservations for the restaurants for the week. Food is excellent on the property buffet had something different every day. The snack bar chickcharnies was a great place for lunch. Best fish sandwich I have had. Plenty of food options throughout the property. Free shuttles to Atlantis casino was nice even though I wasn’t fond of that place!There is also a shuttle to the beach which was very nice. Be prepared to pay 15.00 for a beach chair or you can just lie on a towel. All interaction with the staff was fine they were helpful and answered all questions. Debbi at the front desk was awesome. Nathanial in the buffet was a great waiter. Even though this is an all inclusive please leave a few bucks for your waitstaff as they work very hard to help you. Room was very clean and was made up every day. This was our second time in the Bahamas and I was really pleased with the hotel. Great place to stay!

The front desk staff was amazing and check in waa a breeze. The room was clean and we were allowed an early check in. I went in October which seemed to have been a low period for the resort. Because of that the restaurants were on a schedule and weren’t always opened. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this resort to a friend.
