Staff was great. Facilities were all accessible and the activities for the kids were plenty. Food was as expected for a “Kids” resort. But had some surprises at the buffet especially that I loved. The beach was inaccessible due to the amount of seaweed, but the infinity pool was awesome especially with the swim up bar. Highly recommend for those with children.

This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals.
