We absolutely loved our stay at Off Seine. It ia really one of the coolest places to stay in Paris with a great location. We were surprised how quiet it was even on a Saturday night with thousands of salsa, tango, techno and Breton folk dancers just minutes away along the quai. The staff were always lovely and helpful when our flight was canceled due to the Air Canada strike. A night on the orange design suite is highly recommended! We will be back! MERCI!

Unfortunately, due to extremely bad weather conditions in Scotland our tour was rerouted which delayed our arrival by a day. When I contacted the hotel 5 days prior to our arrival, they advised they could do nothing and we should contact Expedia. Expedia advised us that due to the hotel policies would not allow them to change anything. Figured out my texts with the hotel were just their AI Chat Bot. This hotel specializes in making "Money for Nothing " We had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Paris. We strongly recommend it for fabulous customer service and a beautiful room.
