Horrific Management. Stalked my wife into the elevator, down the hallway, up 3 flights of stairs, & calls the police when we don't answer the door to his insane attempts at created conflict.

I stopped at the hotel before going to my destination in Arkansas. It took like 10 to 15 mins to find the clerk to check me into the hotel. I wanted my key ahead of time so I could just get to my room. The air conditioner didnt work once I turned it off the next morning as I was getting ready. The phone in the room also didnt work to call the front desk! What if there was an emergency and I needed to get ahold of the front desk?? Then when I checked out the next morning and told the clerk about my issues with the AC all he did was apologize. How about offering me a discount when it is 90 outside and the Ac should work properly. Very unsatisfied.
