Ok men slitet hotell, långsam incheckning

Hotellet håller en acceptabel nivå, men börjar tydligt uppvisa tecken på slitage – något som märks redan i entrén, fortsätter i restaurangen och är påtagligt även i rummen. Incheckningen var tyvärr under all kritik. Jag anlände cirka 15:30 och möttes av en kö på omkring tio meter, med endast en person i receptionen. Samma problem upplevde jag vid mitt förra besök, vilket tyder på att detta inte är ett enskilt tillfälle utan snarare ett återkommande mönster. Detta väcker frågor kring personalplanering och ledning – är det en konsekvens av underbemanning, eller snarare bristande arbetsledning? Frukosten håller god kvalitet, men upplägget kring den är underligt. Den måste förbokas, vilket innebär att man inte kan äta när man vill utan riskerar att behöva sitta och vänta om man vaknar tidigt. Denna typ av onödig krångelhantering är mycket ovanlig i dagens hotellbransch och skapar irritation. Kanske är detta en kvarleva från pandemin, men i så fall är det hög tid att revidera rutinen.

Centralt läge i stan

Hotell med bra centralt läge, trevlig personal och snabb incheckning. Nackdel att det är väldigt lyhört, hörde grannar genom ventilationen som spelade hög musik. Även prat hördes igenom. Städning okej men fanns lite hårstrån här och var. Nackdel också att det inte är en smart-tv, inte heller möjligt att streama från sin telefon till tv (enbart ljud). Hade bara gått med dator och HDMI-sladd.
