Ran down hotel in the middle of nowhere

Really disappointed in my stay. We ended up checking out the same night. Walls are filthy, sheets dirty. The first room we were assigned had wet floors from the AC. The next room they moved us too was not better. This isn’t a luxury hotel

Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available to assist with any needs during my stay. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. O hotel é HORRÍVEL! Totalmente diferente das fotos que mostram no site, o quarto estava extremamente sujo, tinham cabelos e pelos no box do banheiro, não tinham toalhas de banho no quarto e o telefone para chamar a recepção não funcionava. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse lugar nem se ganhasse a diária!
