It was an overall comfortable room with indoor slippers and bath robes. The view was good too. The only thing I did not like was how water kept leaking from the shower booth even though there were no separate slippers for the bathroom. The floor got all watery after every shower, so we had to use one of the towels to constantly wipe it.

I travel very often to Seoul for business and leisure and this hotel is the best in the area. Very well located, many things are accessible by walking and transportation means are also very easy to access. The hotel staff is very concerned by their clients wellbeing and it feels good to be considered in such a touristic city. The rooms are very clean and their configuration is well designed. The proximity to Jogyesa Temple is a pure gemme.

Mr. Ben Park at the front desk is wonderful. We had a big group to check in, he clearly knew how to handle it. He not only understood our needs but also gave some useful advice on how to manage check in and check out. He is one the best check in staff we have ever deal with. 5 star on him! But the other staff, especially a girl at the front desk needs to be trained. She had an attitude when speaking to us and it felt like being rebuked every time we asked for her assistance. So we all tried to avoid her. Mr. Park will bring back business to your hotel. That girl at the front desk will not.
