Room was clean and well organized, bed was super comfy and I really enjoyed my herbal pillow! Breakfast buffet was a stunning start to the day and all the staff were very helpful with questions. Spa area was lovely, be sure to give it a try. Only thing I would have appreciated was a mini fridge in the room; as a solo traveler I had to choose my dinners carefully so I did not end up with leftovers and nowhere to put them. Either way would absolutely stay here again!

Closy family hotel

The hotel is slightly elevated and is just a short walk from Grindelwald station, making it both quiet and convenient. The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was delightful, especially the sesame bread and cold cuts. The host’s friendly cat greeted us warmly and even played with us, adding a special touch to our stay. We stayed for five nights and truly appreciated the excellent balance of price and quality of service.

Our room is clean, staff are very helpful. The location is accessible . The only thing that I don’t like is, you have to carry your luggage’s to the second floor. How much more if you are in the 3rd floor. If they have a lift, it will be perfect. But I love the place.

Christmas in Grindelwald

We stayed for 6 nights over Christmas 2023, we were looking for hotel located close to the center and this was perfect, a few minutes walk to center and convenient for restaurants the train and bus station. Super clean, friendly and great value. Great views and a great buffet breakfast.
