Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

hotel is in horrible shape and in the spa + hotel smell mold + everything broken. Hotel + Spa need full renovation and fast. we didnt have sheets in the bed 😁 i pick sheets from Reception and do the job which normally hotel staff should do. 0/5 hotel, dont go.

Huone oli sopivan kokoinen tarpeisiin, mutta siisteys ei vastannut hintatasoa. Tahroja seinillä ja puuttuvia tapetin paloja sekä vuodesohva oli avattu niin että sohvatyynyjen rikkinäinen puoli jätetty näkyviin. Ei oikein edustavan oloinen. Ilma ei vaihtunut huoneessa lähes ollenkaan, eikä ikkunan avaus tai tuuletin auttanut asiaa. Todella kuuma. Kastelin lapsille kylmät pyyhkeet että saivat viilennystä nukahtamiseen.

Hotellista paistoi läpi menneiden nousukausien lukdus, mutta vuonna 2025 hotelli oli muuttunut junttilaksi, missä "hienoimmassa" rsvintolassa kuuli vain henkilökunnan kiireistä huohotusta ja jäimme ilman jälkkäriä, koska tarjoilija ei nyt vain "ehtinyt tulla pyytämään jälkkäritilausta ajoissa". Ruoka-annokset maistuivat pahvilta ja olivat täten hintaansa nähden kalliita, muistuttivat huoltoasema-annoksia. Samainen ravintola toimi sporttibaarina, joten ruoka ei tainnut olla sen ydin. Palveluita ei hotellin lähistöllä ollut, joten oli pakko tyytyä tuohon ainoaan auki olevaan kuppilaan. Aamiainen oli äänenäs, sottaisa ja luotaantyöntävä. Tekomunakkasta, pikkulapsia sormineen räpläämässä keksiastioita ja tuolien kankaat näyttivät siltä kuin ne olisivat toimineet vuosia sylkykuppeina. Huoneessa kivointa oli iso amme, josta lapset nauttivat. Kivointi hotellissa oli kuntosali, joka oli suurehko ja monipuolinen.

Generellt en trevlig anläggning för familjer med barn mellan 3-15år, men tyvärr har tiden stått stilla och hotellet känns som ett sämre gammalt 3-stjärnigt medelhavshotell i behov av upprustning. Möblerna måste vara minst 15-år gamla, och jag har sovit på luftmadrasser som är bekvämare än sängarna som är helt slut. Vänlig och trevlig personal i hela hotellet, och verkligen bra frukost, men mkt folk. Restaurangpersonalen var väldigt proffsig och trevlig, och maten precis som menyn utlovade.

Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvä palvelu. Ei loista uutuutta mutta ei ole valittamista. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja spa hyvä. Kivasti oli uima-altaita eri tasoilla joten mahtui hyvin uimaan.
