Great Hotel.
The Staff were very friendly, especially with our kids. The breakfast and pool was great. My children had a blast and my 6 year old said "5 star hotel for sure", haha. Only negative thing to say was the pool bathroom was pretty dirty, like it has been forgotten for quite some time. Either way, if we come back to Pittsburgh soon, this will be where we go.

Great Experience, Highly Recommend
Amazing stay on Christmas for the Steelers/Chiefs game. There are many places within walking distance. We were even able to keep our car parked on the day of check out for the game, which was very helpful and saved us having to drive and park in a different lot near the stadium (subway was free and short walk from the hotel). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed having a separate living area space. The breakfast options were more than I thought they would be for a buffet. My kids enjoyed the pool table area and pool. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Pittsburgh Parking Insanity!!
Place was amazing. The staff were great. Only issue is the price for parking in Pittsburgh. Hotel charges $19 per night then a $7 per night tax just to park. That's crazy. Now i see why everyone on the A&E show Parking Wars is insane. Don't drive to Pittsburgh.
