I enjoyed my one night stay. The location is prime and many restaurants and a grocery store near by. The property is a bit aged but well maintained. And the room size was bigger than expected. It was also very quiet for being so close to so many things. If I have to stay in Cupertino again I'd stay here.

No hot water, requested to be moved to another unit. Staff is not the friendliest. Other guests can get loud, even late into the night. Simple complimentary breakfasr.

Staff was nice. The stay was great. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental which was good. I didnt get to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi. I was disappointed to find out that there was no laundry onsite even though its listed as having "laundry facilities". The smart tv didn't allow us to watch any streaming apps and maintenance staff were not available.

Good price, good area, staff should give every class of person, the same respect and gratitude of service, no matter their personal imression of the customer. If i wasn't for the staff from a prior sure stay, that made me want this hotel brand to be my primary stay anywhere i go, i woulld change hotel chain to visit.
