The hotel did not have any booking
As I told you 3 times by e mail on the day of arrival, the hotel does not know you and did not have your reservation. Therefore I was forced to look for another place at 4 o clock in the afternoon with 2 suitcases and with a temperature of 32 segrees C. This has never happened in my life. Peter Helmecke
