4月2日に利用しました。 オールインクルーシブで施設も整っており、スタッフも丁寧で満足です。 マイナス点は、客室は相当あるのにエレベーター3基では少なく、移動時にストレスでした、お風呂は露天風呂ありますが、開放感がなく残念な感じです。 総じて満足ですし、まだ伸び代があると感じました。

マナーについて

春休み中で家族連れ、観光客が多かったようですが、館内のマナーなどを掲示されたものが見当たらず、子供が走り回って危険を感じたりバタバタと音が響いて気になりました。 　朝食ビュッフェで係のスタッフがいないと、子供たちが勝手にしてしまい、うどんが散乱して後の人が嫌な気分になってました。親御さんがついて見て欲しかったです。 他県のメリュキュールに宿泊した経験から、スタッフの対応とかしっかりされているのに、お客様マナーで少し残念でした。

エレベーターが何分も来ないし来ても満員のため、7階だったが半分以上階段を使わざるをえなかった。3台稼働の割にとにかく来ない印象。 部屋の布団を格納している棚が塗装も剥げていて取手も取れたままでがっかりするので直しておいて欲しい。 またエアコンも個別の温度調整が出来ず暑い夜を過ごした。個別調整出来るエアコンにして欲しい。 食事はビュッフェであり種類は少な目、すぐ無くなる上に1箇所しか取る場所が無いためストレスは溜まる。特に時間による人数制限も無いためカオス。食事の時間はある程度組数を定めて分散した方がいいと思った。 スタッフとサービスについて、食器を下げるときに従業員が横から無言で持っていった挙句にコップを振りながら去っていった。飲み物の残りが客に掛かっていたらどうするつもりだったのか。 挨拶をしてくれる従業員の人もおられ、外れを引きまくった結果かもしれないが、価格の割にいろいろ残念な気持ちにはなった。 ラウンジは良かったです。
