オールインクルーシブのホテルということで、家族旅行で伺いました。 15時からチェックインでしたが、チェックインの行列ができていてびっくり。スタッフの方たちの対応は素晴らしかったです。 お部屋は広々していて清潔感がありました。五階のお部屋でしたがバスルームの匂いが気になりました。 しかし、大浴場、食事会場、ラウンジ全て大満足です。子供向けの食事も充実しています。 幼児、小学生の子供を連れて行きましたが、地下にある遊び場でたっぷり遊べてよかったです。

事前に色々な口コミを読んで不安でしたが、金土宿泊して満喫出来ました。 個人的には多いなと感じましたが繁忙期に比べたら宿泊客は少ない方だったと思います。子供の遊具エリアは順番待ちも多少あったけど混みすぎず思う存分子供が楽しめたので満足です。ビュッフェも多少列は出来たけど気になるほどでは。飲み放題メニューも充実していて初めてのオールインクルーシブ滞在大変楽しく過ごせました。

事前にネットの情報を見ていたこともあり、総合的には「こんなものかな」といったところ。 フロントスタッフの対応は丁寧で好感がもてました。 チェックイン開始(15時)より前に到着しましたが受付してもらえました。ただカードキーは15時からだったのでラウンジ&ロビーでお菓子&ドリンクの提供を待ってました。お菓子が運ばれてくると行列が…そんなことはどこにも書いてなかったので、何？と思ってましたが、どうやら信玄餅の行列だったようです。皆さん行列好きですね…他のお菓子が欲しい人が勘違いして並んでいたり、多少混乱する

ホテルは、清潔で素敵なホテルです。 繁忙期に宿泊した為、小さな子ども連れの家族がいっぱいで、浴場もロッカーも混雑していてフリードリンクもなかった。 夕食の時間が19時から予約番号受付して、連絡が来たのが20:10頃。席の案内も無く、空席探しも大変なのにクローズ21:00と席に声かけに来られたこと。バイキング60分と書いているのに、1時間待ってすぐ終了とは！

混み合うシーズンにぶつかったせいもあり、ラウンジのドリンクもブッフェの料理も並ぶ時間が多く、ゆっくりできませんでした。スタッフも足りないのか料理やストックの交換が間に合わず、分散した時期にいくことをオススメします。 キッズスペースは広く、スタッフがいないので不安もありましたが子供同士みんなでルールや順番を守って遊んでいたので最後まで遊びきることができました。 ラウンジドリンクは時間が短く、夜はビールやワインもないので大人としては少し残念でしたが、子供のとっては満足のいく時間になりました。

家族6人で泊まりました。お部屋はクラシックタイプでしたので家具等は年季が入ってましたがほこり等は無くて綺麗でした。 お食事はとても美味しかったです。デザートの種類が豊富でした。お肉料理もう少しあると個人的に嬉しいです。今回はしゃぶしゃぶだけでしたので、ローストビーフとかステーキがあったら良かったなと思います。レストランは混むので早めに並ぶか、遅い時間がいいのかなと思いました。 ロビーのドリンクコーナーですが24時間やっててくれたらいいのになと思います。行列が出来ていて今回はお菓子コーナーにたどり着きませんでした。とても残念です。 スタッフの方はとても丁寧で親切でした。 全体的に満足です。

正直いってとてもガッカリしました。何をするにも激混み過ぎる。飲み物＆お菓子コーナーも長座の列。しかもスタッフはついておらず、スムーズに進まない。お菓子の補充がない。マシュマロ焼きもマシュマロがなくなってしまいできない人がいた。待ちに待った夕ご飯も、楽しみにしていた、もなか寿司やフォアグラハンバーガーもなく、メインとも言えるライブキッチンでの提供料理が特にない！！せっかくの山梨の宿なのに、山梨のお酒や郷土料理がなさすぎる。しゃぶしゃぶはおいしかったが、お湯がドブ色で、皆がしゃぶしゃぶするので、列ができていた。お風呂の甘酒も冷めていて美味しくないし、水も補給されていなかった。こどもがメインの宿なのにアメニティも少なすぎる。なによりスタッフの数が少なすぎて、皆笑顔がなく余裕がなさそうでこちらが心配になるレベル・・・。 子連れなのでキッズルームはとても楽しめましたが、もうリピはありません。
