We had a wonderful stay. The place was incredibly relaxing, with a fantastic amenities and view. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. A very pleasant getaway

We loved the setting/landscape, the outdoor patio, and the pool. Our room was lovely, too, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked the proximity to the lake/beach. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach and we enjoyed sunset by the water. The restaurant in the hotel was also nice, if a bit misleading about the description of the dishes (e.g., two eggs was really one egg if you opted for the small portion). But overall, we enjoyed our stay. I loved the in-room coffee a lot and our room had a fireplace that, even if it was only decorative, it still made the room feel cozy. We hope to come back again sometime.

Beautiful spot, I can see why it’s popular for weddings! Many lovely outdoor areas to explore, clean pool, although we didn’t eat here, dining room looked very nice. Room itself was clean - somewhat dated, thin walls -could hear people next door and in corridor, but wasn’t too bad.

Very nice hotel

This was a very beautiful hotel. It was clean. I especially loved the gardens and pool outdoors. There are not too many staff so you may have to wait a little which really wasn’t a problem for us. Very helpful and accommodating!

Coach House getaway

Mother daughter trip in one of the Coach House rooms. Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed. Liked the balcony for morning tea (traded our coffee pouches for tea bags). Only downside was carrying our bags up the stairs and would have preferred a separate shower. The grounds are so serene and enjoyed the pool. No visit to the winery as daughter was under-aged but looked nice from outside. Also did not try the restaurant but it also looked very nice. There is parking by their beach. Steep steps to get down to it but beautiful view from up top. We will definitely return and maybe bring another mother/daughter pair to book the other Coach House room.

Very quiet & quant.

Very nice Inn, the property is beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet little get away this is the place to go. The only negative we had was that there was no where to just sit and play cards. The temperature of where we were allowed to sit was so hot that we couldn't stay long, the air conditioning was not on.

A Beautiful Family Owned Resort

We spent two nights and three days at this beautiful Inn. Our dinner was beyond amazing, the accommodations were great, and the staff were incredible. It is such a great place to experience, especially when operated and owned by local people! We definitely will be returning often.

Spent a night here. Checkin was welcoming and helpful. Cosy lobby, our room a little dated but clean and well stocked; walls are thin but it is an older building. We ate at the restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast and both times food was delicious, service on point. Private beach access a 10 min. walk or you could drive. Steps are a bit steep to get down to the sand so if you have mobility issues, may be a bit of a challenge. Winery products also available for sale if you want to take a souvenir home. Pool was still closed for the season but I can see this as a bonus amenity in the heat of the summer. Overall, I would come back to this property. Thank you for the staff in giving us a positive experience.
