I booked an extra day at the last minute. The staff (Laurie) worked with me to make the transition to a new room seamless. The service in the dining room (Scott) was excellent with respect to recommendations and knowledge of the menu.

Everything at the hotel was very satisfactory. However the bed mattress Was deeply grooved in the centre. it caused us ( in a queen ) to constantly roll into a valley and bump into each other. Thus repeatedly disturbing our nights sleep. A new mattress is suggested. We were in the “Skylite” room 3 rd floor.
