Walking to town on the walking path is not the easiest but the hotel, restaurant, and all of the staff will know you name and treat you like you are the only guest staying with them. This property is highly recommended. Especially the suite facing the panoramic view of Santorini. Water is a little cold and it would be nice if they can bring the temperature up a little higher. Aside from that all is excellent. Dinner a highly recommended within the property.

Customer service level was absolutely at the top throughout my stay. I even got this free room upgrade. The views are breathtaking and this is the best spot to watch the sunset.
