Bijou but comfortable

The hotel was clean, comfortable beds and nice hot shower! Breakfast had a reasonable selection and was good. We had a twin bedded room which was a bit cramped and with limited storage, but for a short stay it was fine. Staff very pleasant and chatty.i would stay again-good value for money.

Had to pay double!!

I had to pay again at the digital check in as I arrived at 11pm. I paid the full amount on hotels.com. I could retrieve my reservation on the machine but was asked to pay the full amount again despite hotels.com wrote that only taxe de sejour was still due at the hotel. Not recommended!

Bien mais service de borne à revoir

Une nuit réservée dans l'hôtel pour un court séjour à Annecy. Hôtel très bien situé : 15 minutes du centre ville et 40 minutes de Genève, dans une zone calme. Très bien mais 2 petits points négatifs : - Nous sommes arrivés samedi vers 15h, il n'y avait pas de réception. La borne d'enregistrement à l'extérieur permettant de connaître son code d'accès demande le nom de la réservation et un code reçu par mail et via hôtel.com. Vient alors la première difficulté : le code reçu n'est pas bon et ce n'est pas le nom qu'il fallait rentrer mais le prénom... Perte de temps et obligé donc de contacter l'assistance. - Fuite au niveau du siphon du lavabo de la salle de bain, pieds dans l'eau quand on se lave les mains et se brosse les dents
