Lovely hotel. I stayed in one of the Garden rooms and the views were amazing. Their service is great. I requested an iron and ironing board around 22:30 pm and the receptionist arranged for it immediately. The breakfast menu could be more budget-friendly though.

Lovely hotel, tucked away in quiet corner of the city with stunning views, yet close to the city. Staff were all great - we arrived early morning and the promised ev charging space was ready for us and then we found our room was also ready, which was really helpful. Breakfast was good - lovely bread and hot options. More limited on the continental side though. Quiet and relaxing - can highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

I stayed for just one night, but Harts is a place I'll definitely be going back to. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms modern and clean, the beds incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed every minute I was there.

After two and a half weeks on the road Hart's was a breath of fresh air for my last night away from home. All the staff were great and the hotel is lovely. I especially enjoyed a quiet drink in the garden after dinner. Dinner and breakfast were great, expensive but, the quality of the food and the cooking justify's the cost. The only very minor issue is the lack of air conditioning in the room so it was on the warm side. However, I stayed during the tail end of a heat wave. I'm assuming that with normal UK temperatures everything would be OK. I would stay again without hesitation.

My only complaint was breakfast, not a wide enough choice of non cooked items. Ie no pastries, croissants, yogurts. For £12 I would expert more than cereals and couple of types of bread.

Staff was amazing ! Staff member showed us parking place and opened gates for us. We stayed 2 nights and second day i told one of the room cleaners we dont need her to check the room because it was good but we find she put the towels and shower gel outside for us and bottle water it was lovely and we really appreciated that ! Beautiful view and really nice area next to Nottingham Castle. Room was good size and bath was really good size. Definitely will visit again!!!
