Very Disappointing Customer Service During a Crisis
I had a reservation at this hotel but unfortunately was unable to travel due to an ongoing war in my country and the cancellation of all flights. I contacted the hotel in advance, explained the situation clearly, and requested to cancel or postpone the booking, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or even partial credit.
I sent the hotel massage before 8 days from the check in . I tried every thing but no one help me . I told them that i want to give the room for someone else and well come on september and well pay a penelty for this changes but no one try to help
