The only things redeeming about Dukes were the pool, multiple places to hang out (when checked out and the location) The rooms and decor was so old fashioned, the bathroom had a smell with a broken toilet and a fridge opposite the toilet. No sauna or steam room. The grounds had peeling paint all through. The lobby was poorly designed, always crowded because the front desk were super slow. Thanks to patient concierges.

Great Stay - Highly Recommend!

Check-in was quick and easy, which set the tone for a smooth stay. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the rooms are wonderful – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping team; they do an excellent job. We did have a minor issue during our stay, reported to the front desk and it was resolved promptly and professionally. Great service all around! The only downside was breakfast – it can get very busy. But with so many guests and lots of hungry people, it’s understandable. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband booked this hotel for our honeymoon . This hotel was the best experience I’ve ever had, the staff were very friendly and informative. The hotel always cleaned our room and even surprised us with a dessert for our wedding present from them . Would highly recommend going to this hotel and would definitely go again.

Lovely hotel set on its own private beach on the Palm. All the staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us. Great amenities, pools, spa, restaurants and bars. Great location for exploring Dubai. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is lovely, very clean. Staff are attentive and pool and beach area are great. Food in the hotel is very expensive unless you have a plan ( FB, HB etc ).
