Condições precarias para um hotel prox a aeroporto

Ar condicionado, apesar de permitir selecionar temperaturas de até 32 graus, após certo tempo retorna automaticamente para temperaturas de 20/16 graus. Imagina você estar dormindo em uma cidade com temperatura de 11 graus e de repente acordar com o quarto congelante a temperatura de 16 quando configurou 28. Na recepção, pasmem, recebi a informação de que a opção "ar quente" não funciona e não prestam qualquer aviso ao hóspede. Além disso, o quarto não tem edredom, oferece uma "mantinha" ridícula, daquelas que são vendidas a 20 reais na shopee. Uma vergonha! Era para ser uma noite de descanso entre uma conexão internacional, não consegui dormir e ainda fiquei doente.
