Restaurant was not opened to all residents as not enough staff to run it. Staff was pleasant. Nice hotel outside of Rouen. Restaurant at the hotel closed before 9 and we had to drive in to Rouen because nothing was open nearby. Next time will stay in Rouen, but this hotel was good for passing through.
