It was a great stay and budget friendly for a family of 5! The beach is a short walk from the inn, pool was super clean and not crowded, the on site restaurant food was good too!

While the hotel is dated, it was clean, much quieter than I had imagined, friendly staff, and honestly a bargain. It was a bit removed from greater Portland and no doubt we had the advantage of visiting off season, so I imagine mid summer things might be different.

My friend and I went on a belated birthday girls trip for the weekend. The room was extremely spacious. The beds were very comfortable and smelled fresh. Our room had a small kitchette with a full size stove/oven, full size fridge and microwave. The room was a little dated but very clean. I feel like this would be a perfect spot for a family vacation since you could easily cook up a few meals right in your room. I would recommend Grand Beach Inn.

We came as a family of 4 for a long weekend Friday to Monday we arrived early and were able to check in right away our room was ready the rooms were clean and stocked with plenty on towels the staff was friendly and nice. There was live music every night and the food from the restaurant was the best we had during our visit we would definitely come back for a second stay

The staff was friendly, pool was clean, beach was across the street. They only thing i didn't like was the bed only had 2 pillows and the lights were really bright at night, they shined into the room. Other than that it was a really nice stay.

House keeping provided an excellent service, no issues. Area was quiet and peaceful environment. Quick access to beach. And transportation was available with trolley service. A bistro with bar was available if interested. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, check in was great , very friendly staff. There was an issue going on at the hotel and we had a little wait before we could get to our room, it was no problem. Pet friendly & access to the beach is right across the street. It was quiet & the room was spacious & clean. No issues and I would stay here again.

I would like to have hangers and a spot to hang clothes in the suite and a box of facial tissue in the room,next time. .The rooms are clean .I appreciate the restaurant on site.I was phoned that the room was ready and available for an early check in, which was a welcome surprise.
