Henry (at the reception desk) was helpful and friendly). The buffet breakfast was a good way to start the day. We loved the rooftop pool and great location (close to the beach and within walking distance of a wide array of restaurants. The only downside was that the bathroom was small and needed updating.

Love and care needed!
Don’t stay on 1st floor near the noisy elevator and hearing your neighbours upstairs! And corridors are noisy and dirty. Unfortunately quick and cheap renovations are already need some love and care ! Pictures weren’t showing the reality. But the location is a good one!

Good location - breakfast room tight as cold
The hotel provides rather good price/quality ratio at South Beach. Easy to walk everywhere and many restaurants nearby as well as the Art Deco district. They have 2 bottles of free water and the usual stuff at the room though no coffee making facilities. Breakfast room was extremely crowded with the cold weather. Also the food was of low quality but mayby national guests are happy with it. For most Europeans it was not good and very unhealthy.

Corroded and a never stay
Our room was not ready at check in. They switched our room and provided another. Everything in it was corroded. The mirrors and lamps were severely aged with large black spots all over them. The leather bench at the end of the bed had the leather flaking off. I live in Florida and this is from poor humidity management and need for replacement. The breakfast was ok but none of this was worth the price or description provided. The pool was tiny. I would never stay again or recommend to anyone.

Villa without a view
We specifically paid for a villa penthouse room based off the pictures online which showed it looking down on a palm-lined street. The room we got was in the center of the building with the outside deck sounded by all hotels looking into the privacy’ area. We did not use it once. Not worth the money. Secondly, the elevator to access the pool was broken and no signage on how to get to it other than exploring the emergency exit stairwells for almost an hour. The valet was pricey and you have to pay upfront and not reliable to get your car quickly. Finally, breakfast was fine.
