This horrible was disgusting and the two individuals worked the front desk at night were the most rudest, incompetent and unfriendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel ever again. I’d rather sleep in a barn full of manure than stay in this place.

I made a reservation online for a room with two queen beds. When we arrived there were no rooms available with 2 queens. Had to take a king with a roll out bed. What’s the point of making online reservations when you don’t get what you reserved. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the heat was turned off. Will not be returning.

This room had ants and was very dirty. I will not be staying here again. Only thing positive is there wasn’t any bed bugs in our room. Very dirty. Hair in in drawers, yellow pee & pubic hairs on the toilet, old wore out linens, ants, dirty utensil drawers, floors were dirty, bed was hard…this was a terrible experience!

Good afternoon. A few challenges with our stay. We were not able to get the room we booked. We were told at front desk this was an expedia issue and not there problem. We were shuttled between three different rooms. The second room we were given keys to was occupied with other guests when we walked in. We settled on a different room that was not what we booked. The place was clean, the suites are nicely set up, with lots of desk space (which I need) and a galley. But the bulb over the bathroom mirror was out, my room wasn't serviced (though I stayed two nights) and from 1am to 3:30am there was a loud party in the next room (folks kept trying to come through the connecting door) and though I complained to the front desk, nothing was done.
