We have stayed here before and have had a great experience each time; Quiet, clean, comfortable, well maintained and convenient. It is close to Longwood Gardens. The breakfast is outstanding, and I look forward to it. We will book here again the next time we are in the area. Best hotel best western and i stayed like in 20 its very fancy and the employees are very nice and friendly we are traveling from Florida back to Massachusetts the breakfast is 10/10 excellent choices fruit salad,yogurts eggs turkey sausage, cereal its like a fancy restaurant but free include in your stay.

Hotel is making a concerted effort to improve. Facility is clean, breakfast has improved, and they added a bar/restaurant which I haven’t tried yet. Beds are softer than I personally like, but it’s an overall good quality for a competitive price. Their check in process is much more cumbersome than other area hotels.
