The title of my review is 'The Palace'.
It's an older establishment but very well maintained with many pieces of large-cozy furniture, beautiful carpets, no offensive odors, huge two bed, filled rooms with high ceilings, pretty sound proof (like most older hotels) and twice the size of our two queen bed room in SLC near MedVet, I-15-80 jxn. Winter-can't assess the pool.
Excellent value and the manager-owners were 10+ friendly, helpful and there is very good value dining @ JB's next door and Betty's across the street.
I've mtb'd @ McCoy Flats a couple dozen times for early and late season rides. I have never stayed at the Econo before but this is now our 'go to place' FOR SURE and we already have made reservations for Christmas Eve (need to travel back every 3 weeks to MedVet-SLC for our best pal's chemotx and F/U evaluations following her Yale EGFR/HER2 oncological vaccine trial study).
DON'T PASS UP STAYING AT THIS GEM, "THE PALACE!"
