The staff at the hotel is very kind and welcoming. The room was spectacular, with the best view. However, the driver of the hotel shuttle was a major disappointment — he didn’t speak English, was rude to me, and dropped me off midway because he didn’t know the address. This was a very upsetting experience that contrasted with the otherwise excellent service.

Lovely lake side hotel

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Service was great, and so was the breakfast buffet and staff there (there was a lot of fruit and swiss cheese among other things). They provide a day backpack to lend, and binoculars! We didn't have use of them, but love the concept. Room has a fridge you can use, but it's turned off by default to save energy, which is a good idea. We did not try the restaurant. Location is a little bit off from the village centre (maybe 20 min walk), but very close to train station (5min walk).

The property is in a beautiful location! Great views of the lake and St Moritz town. Close to the train station- easy walk. Close to the main area of town as well. Breakfast is excellent, dining room has beautiful views of the whole area. Beds are excellent! Best night sleep on our trip in these beds!

A fabulous hotel near to centre of St Moritz

A very reasonably price hotel close to the center of old town St Moritz. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel has a nice little spa and the rooms were clean and relatively spacious.Try to get a lakeside view room if you can. The view is worth the supplement alone. Finally and maybe the most important aspect it also has the greatest commerical selection of Whiskeys in the world!

Cannot recommend Hotel Waldhaus am See enough. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night as we needed a stop off but would stay longer if we were to return to st Moritz. The walk from the station is easy but it is uphill, therefore would highly recommend asking the hotel to come and collect you - I believe this is a complimentary service but we didn't use it so would be best to check! They have the largest whiskey collection in the world and just a generally lovely setting. Easy walk into town and much better prices than in the centre !
