Great option in Guarulhos

An excellent alternative for weary travellers looking to get some rest in between flights, like I did. The staff were friendly and helpful, attending to all my requests to the best of their abilities. The room is clean, although the place needs some updating-the building looks an old one. Strongly recommended!

Bed had hair, room was outdated. Found someone’s pants and underwear that were left in a drawer. So you can tell they barely clean the room. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle was only great part

Vwry convenient. Breakfast, staff and shuttle were great. We arrived at 11 pm at the airport and had to take a taxi in the end as we couldn't call the hotel to ask for the shuttle. I had written a message to them 24h before the arrival but didn't get a reply. But in the morning, it was no problem to use the shuttle but bear in mind you have to book it as it runs hourly I belive

Começo pro transfer do Aeroporto de Guarulhos para o Hotel, pontualmente!!! O Sr Odir foi muito simpático! Chegando ao hotel fomos super recepcionadas pela linda Beatriz, que desde o desembarque em Guarulhos me orientou como chegar até a Van do Transfer e depois seu excelente atendimento continuou no hotel! O Sr Odir me salvou, pois encontrou uma peça que eu havia esquecido e deixou na recepção! Falado em recepção, tem: água saborisada e café! No quarto: Camas novas e durinhas, travesseiros bons, água do chuveiro quentinha, ar geladinho, tudo perfeito para descansar para uma conexão longa! Ah! Tem Wi-Fi e secador de cabelo disponível no quarto! O café é ok! Tem de tudo um pouco, sempre repondo e ficam sempre limpando as mesas. Ah! E, fazem ovinho na hora, 2 por pessoa! Tem rampa de acesso! O transfer de retorno ao aeroporto foi novamente pontual com o Sr Ronaldo! E, assim finalizamos nossa estadia! Indico ✅
