Kim was very helpful made a booking for an extra night and she tried to get us into the same room for both nights when she could not she made sure the room we had to move into was ready early, and took our fridge stuff into their fridge when we went out for a trip. Very close to lovely cafes, and restaurants, and the beach.

The property was clean and tidy. What I thought was going to be a room ended up being a small two bedroom apartment. The bed was comfy, sheets crisp, and the towels thick. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. It’s close to the water. I will definitely go back!

Large comfortable unit
The unit was recently refurbed and you can tell. Everything you could need. Fairly clean other than little bits like the hand hold shower head. Rest of shower was acceptable condition so fairly minor issue. Huge frodgw and good bed and tv plus washer and dryer. We had unit A or 1 which was very quiet and had a great stay. We would come again.

In need....
We can only comment on the room we were allocated. This needs a makeover through out. Particularly so, the bathroom. It needs a new shower enclosure and an overall upgrade and deep clean. Whereas the bedroom etc is 2.5 standard, the bathroom is 1.5. Disappointing. The feel is that of a 1980s not so good motel. Externally, the property looks fine and the Middleton location is good.
