The property was not ready for guests, bugs absolutely everywhere, spiderwebs on the balcony, only one chair for the balcony and it was covered in bird poop.Rips in the couch and stains on the dining room chairs. The advertised pool was closed, the giant jacuzzi bathtub didnt even have enough hot water to fill it up.

We love to stay here. The property is so nice and close to the main attractions in Branson. The cleaning crew that we talked to is so nice. They cleaned our condo so well. Everything was clean and just right when we checked in.

Pool wasn't filled and available. Hair found in shower. Carpet is needing replaced due to age and filthy. Sofa couch is broke down and dirty. Kitchen was not stocked with needed items. The place smelled like an old locker room. Love the staff and location but property is not being updated and maintained.
