Great place for being on a budget. Really thought the double rooms would have queen beds but they were more like full. We made it work. I love that you can drive up to your room. We were there for a bowling tournament. Everyone liked it there.

We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room with a jetted tub. It was SO CLEAN! The housekeepers do a PHENOMENAL job! It was quiet and being able to park right outside your door is a huge perk! The person working the front desk was nice and helpful! We will be coming back for getaways!

It is a very nostalgic stay. The decor was cute, and the staff were friendly. The room we stayed in was not bad, however the air conditioner made an awful sound and when taking showers, I think we all shared the water, so it would go in and out with the cold and hot. Breakfast was ok, gravy was very chunky, not much room to eat in the breakfast area, so had to take it in the room.

It was better the 1st time we stayed

We have stayed before and had a GREAT experience, BUT when we brought our kids we booked the family room, and the kids’ bunk bed was supported by BRICKS. There was no curtain in the kids room and the carpet throughout the whole unit looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in a WHILE. The kids had a good time anyways but as for the adults, it kind of felt like a waste of money.

I think it’s great if you’re doing the Route 66 roadtrip kind of thing. But if you’re going to Springfield just for a weekend stay, I’d say go somewhere else.
