Check in was easy and staff person was extremely helpful. Room was nice and comfortable and clean. Although not enough Toilet Paper. Outside needs cleaning up especially in breezeway where garbage is keep and ice machine. Pool needs major repairs. Nice lobby area.

Great location if you’re visiting Luray Caverns. Hotel is old and in need of updates. Patches to ceiling and walls. Doors had chips etc. Bathroom was a little dirty but other areas of the room were clean. No complimentary breakfast but there is an onsite restaurant for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy and close.

For the price it is good, the room is clean organized the only thing it lacks is a little more care in the shower part and one of The mattress moves from the base and makes a lot of noise when you turn over that is that does not move has a lot of noise but everything else is perfect

The comfort of the bed was good, but the bed kept sliding the cleanliness was horrible. The stairs needed to be cleaned. The bathrooms were not as clean as they should be, and they smelt like Indian food. We did like the fact that it was in the middle of all the attractions and close by Luray cavern

I loved this area, quiet, beautiful views, and only 1.5 miles from Luray Caves.Room clean sufficient space The only thing which i don’t liked If they paid a little more attention to his bathroom, it could have been cleaner because the toilet seat was not clean and neither was the washbasin clean. Water was stagnating in it.

Had a clogged toilet upon arrival. It took them two days to clear the toilet as it was their maintenance man’s day off. To accommodate me, they opened the door to adjoining rooms so I could use its bathroom.
