Nice family vacation

Nice family vacation. The resort is very kid friendly, there’s a mini zoo, playground, two pools, and lots of grass to run around in. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared to walk. Room was spacious and clean with two bathrooms and multiple beds/pull out sofas. Only cautionary thing was that we stayed in a second story room and the windows to the ocean didn’t have screens, something to be aware of. Resorts is also in walking distance of the puerto Nuevo shops and restaurants. It was overall very nice and we will return!

The staff is great ! The receptionist that helped us check-in was kinds to us and my daughter , but the pool was so dirty all the time . People would have their music too loud . The food at the kiosk not so great .

This place Is great for family weekends and vacation. Really tasty meals and drinks. There are many shows and activities for kids: mini zoo, clown show and face washable tattoos, equestrian and folklore shows.
