The property is beautiful with a lovely restaurant and garden where breakfast was provided for the guests. The room was beautiful, the pool the perfect temperature to cool down and the staff just lovely and so helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The hotel has character ad the room was comfortable. The restaurant does not open until 9:30 am and closes at 5:00pm so free breakfast is misleading and you need to leave the hotel for dinner. When I checked out at 7:00 am I had to pay cash because the desk clerk did not have access to the card reader. When I checked in they did not have my reservation from Expedia, but honored the email confirmation from Expedia. So its desk services are frustrating and inconvenient. I would stay again because it is an interesting and arty habitation well priced and clean.

I love this hotel. Its rustic look is so kept up and cared for. The restaurant is so good!!! The view of lake is beautiful. The rooms have such wonderful beds and bedding. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a perfect score is no hair dryers in the bathrooms and you must ask from desk for the ironing board and iron. Being that I will be having to go there often, I bought a travel dryer because like I said, I love this hotel and look forward to taking my family there.
