We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The hotel offered fantastic wellness options including massage etc.

A very nice hotel in Zermatt, quite close to the train station but a little far from the main attractions of town , and near a supermarket. Excellent facilities. The reception staff aren't the friendliest or most attentive, but they are very polite.

Excellent hotel with caring staff

Hotel is very nice and has plenty of amenities. Pool, sauna and spa area are clean, well kept and relaxing. The rooms are fantastic- extra blankets, boot tray for snow boots, and heated bathroom floors. The hotel staff is attentive- when my husband fell ill, Dennis the night manager, went above and beyond to secure a local doctor, taxi transport and help us in our time of need.

The rooms are really nice and spacious. we were a little bit disappointed by the spa and the breakfast. the breakfast is definitely not worth a four star hotel. other than tha the staff was friendly and the hotel is very clean and about a 5 minute walk from Zermatt station

Great location, close to town, bus stops, and trains. The people working at the front desk were nice and friendly. Breakfast was included and we loved the variety. Best part was going to the spa after skiing. We loved the steam room and outdoor pool! We had the Matterhorn view, it was amazing.
