It is adorable and the perfect location to walk to the lake (literally steps behind your cabin), to Fire Sign Cafe for breakfast, West Shore market for lunch sandwiches, Sunnyside for dinner, Shadyside for drinks, you name it! This is an absolute gem! Our room was really small but worked perfect for us - very cozy and comfortable. The included breakfast they bring to your room each morning was some of the best food we've ever had from a "hotel". The entree is made in-house and was fabulous! You choose which items you want from a list (hardboiled egg, granola/yogurt/orange juice/entree/pastry) and it came during the timeframe we requested and was presented in a cute little box. Seriously, the breakfast was wonderful! I believe you can also eat in the main lodge where you check in but we had it brought to our room. Austin, who checked us in, was super nice and told us about a great restaurant (Shady Side) that is walking distance and their food was off the hook. Also their drinks were really strong and really good! Trust him when he tells you its walking distance; it's much easier/faster than driving the 300 ft. or whatever it is and trying to find parking.
