Clean rooms, staff all friendly can’t do enough for you. Pools and surrounding areas kept clean, good quality pool towels and can change daily or more often if needed. Good breakfast and again staff very attentive. Lovely location right on the beach front, perfect to catch up on rest and relax time. Went to the BBQ night on the beach ( you need to book) very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A resort with passion for you as a guest

We stayed from a Wednesday to Monday with both breakfast and dinner included. As this was in September it was low season and no stress and with very attentative staff, that made our stay unforgettable. We had a room on 5th floor with partly sea view and it was great. We recommend high floors otherwise you will risk steering into a black wall. It was a spacious and comfortable room with a good AC. We were only missing a fridge/minibar in the room. The gym was good with two mills and some other machines. The beach front was excellent, good beds and relaxing atmosphere and again very very good service. An excellent breakfast buffet didn’t miss out on anything. And as we had dinner included we didn’t bother going local, the food at the restaurant was very good, and the tomato soup was our favourite starter. With a staff remembering your name and room number wherever you go, was very impressive and we felt lucky being here during low season. Definitely a place to return to on another occasion.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wished that we had come sooner. This place wins based on the incredible hospitality and outreach of the staff. This in conjunction with the amazing breakfast options makes this a lovely stop for your Penida vacation and my accommodation doe my next visit.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful pool and private beach. Staff were amazing. Large room and bathroom. Plenty of power outlets. Very clean and lovely Dove soaps, hair products and body cream. Highly recommend would use again in a heartbeat.

Amazing customer service from the hotel staff. The restaurant serve great food with great service. The room is spacious and clean. My only complaint is that they didn’t provide free airport shuttles, only shuttle to the shopping center, but it’s not too bad as Grab service was able to get us there quick.
