Stay here if you don't care about anything
First off, I booked several rooms for my work crew. When I got there they would not let me check in to any of the rooms, not even mine because “my name” wasn’t logged in when I, me, myself, booked the room. They didn’t feel bad about charging my card for the rooms though. I had to wait till after the crew all got off work for each guy to “check in” to their room. Then when we got in my room the room smelled so bad like someone was cooking a bunch of fish. The doors have about a 2 inch gap on some of the doors, top and some on bottoms of the doors, the hallway is always lit up and its really hard to sleep when theres a ton of light coming in. The adjoining room also had a huge gap on the bottom of the door & to boot there was a screaming kid next door. They also don’t clean the rooms everyday, I had to go down and ask for them to clean my room, & when they did the next day they left the sheets with a note saying that I had personal items on the bed (a blanket) 😳 are you kidding me?!?!? there Isn’t an elevator even tho theres more than one floor, i have had two back surgeries & can’t lift any weight, luckily my husband was able to take my luggage up to our room on the 2nd floor. It was a terrible experience. BUT the only good thing about this place was the bed was very comfortable.

The room upon arrival looked nice, definitely recently updated. I would of given a much higher overall score but the shower did not drain as soon as you turned it on so I was standing in water the whole time I was in the shower so that felt pretty gross. Other thing that sucked was the heating unit. It constantly turned on and off all night and was extremely loud. Also the hot tub was closed so that was a bummer. For one night it was doable but I definitely would of requested to switch rooms because of the shower alone.

Great Value
Check in was easy and the front desk was friendly and helpful during our stay. We even got a cute treat bag! The bed was incredibly comfortable, even my partner slept solidly. Rooms are renovated, and even though the plank flooring is aesthetically, pleasing, I understand that it can seem cold and echoey to some people. As with any hotel, you can hear your neighbors if they’re being excessive, but our neighbors were extremely respectful. For the money, this place is an extremely good value and we’ll be staying here on the next trip (with the dog next time!).
